I truly believe Justin was brought to us as a blessing and will forever be humbled and grateful for all the hard work and his going above and beyond to make us homeowners. Thank you Justin! Justin has been nothing short of a blessing for me and my husband. We started our home buying journey because I was frustrated with my landlord and always trying to get more and more money from us. Not thinking I would actually get approved (but I had hope) I clicked on a Facebook link that appeared on my feed and filled out a form. Not 5 mins later Justin reached out to me and from that moment we hit the ground running! I explained to Justin my situation and that I didn’t want to waste his or our time because I wasn’t even sure if I would qualify especially during COVID. Justin was very knowledgeable on various down payment assistant programs; I filled out the pre approval application and by that evening he called to congratulate us on our pre approval. That Saturday we must have looked at 15 houses! And I believe by the following weekend we had found our home. Justin was with us every step of the way! He even helped us shop around for a hot water heater. He negotiated so well that after our down payment assistance and the concessions, we signed on our home and walked away with a check!

Outright Overachiever

Talk about someone thats willing to put in the work. Justin is an outright overachiever when it comes to your satisfaction throughout the entire real estate process. Being my first purchase, I'll admit that there were times I had "cold feet". Justin though made sure to not only provide the encouragement needed but also making sure that, without a doubt, he had our best interest in mind.
